Arriving at and departing from IAH
International arrivals
For international flights, your chauffeur's arrival accounts for passport control and customs. Because we monitor your flight, you never pay for the time it takes to clear immigration.
Meet-and-greet or curbside
Meet-and-greet service puts your chauffeur at baggage claim with a name sign; curbside service sends you a message when the vehicle is in position at the arrivals pickup area.
Getting into Houston
Traffic between IAH and central Houston varies widely by time of day. We plan the route at the moment of your arrival and keep you comfortable on the way, with water, chargers and a quiet cabin for calls.
Departing from IAH
Allow at least two hours for domestic flights and three hours for international departures, plus extra drive time during weekday rush hours.
Medical Center travel
Many travelers arrive at IAH for appointments at the Texas Medical Center. We provide comfortable, punctual transfers for patients' families and medical professionals, with plenty of room for luggage.
Private aviation in Greater Houston
Private flyers often use Hobby, Sugar Land Regional (SGR) or Conroe–North Houston Regional (CXO), as well as IAH. We serve all of them and coordinate with your FBO.
Energy industry travel
Houston is the energy capital of the world, and many IAH arrivals are headed to company offices in the Energy Corridor, downtown and the Greenway Plaza area. We support corporate travel programs with priority booking, passenger profiles and consolidated invoicing, plus Sprinters for project teams arriving together.
Cruises and onward travel
Some travelers arrive at IAH before a cruise from Galveston or continue to Austin and San Antonio by road. We provide direct transfers to the cruise terminal and city-to-city transfers across Texas, with flight tracking on arrival.
